Refund policy
At LA PIEL DEL CIELO, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing products of the highest quality. Our return policy is based on the following terms:
Damaged Products:
If the received product is damaged or in poor condition, the customer may choose:
- A full refund, including shipping costs.
- The shipment of a new product at no additional cost.
Undelivered Product:
If the product is not delivered for any reason, the customer is entitled to:
- Receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
- Request the reshipment of a new product at no additional cost.
Request Process:
The customer must report any issue within 7 business days from the estimated delivery date or receipt of the product.
The following information will be required:
- Order number.
- Clear evidence (photos or videos) if the product arrived in poor condition.
Response Time:
Once the request and corresponding documentation are received, we will review the case and respond within 3 business days.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of request approval. The time for the refund to reflect in the customer's account will depend on the financial institution.
Reshipment Options:
If the reshipment of the product is chosen, it will be sent to the same address provided in the original order unless the customer specifies a new address.
Exceptions:
This policy does not apply if the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information when placing the order.
If the customer opts for reshipment and the product is again not delivered due to reasons beyond La Piel del Cielo's control, only the payment refund will be processed.
